Bruce was retained by our firm, Goldman Insurance Services, to revitalize our sales effort and provide our seasoned staff with strategies for retaining existing clients and winning new business. Over the period of two years Bruce taught his model to our organization provided significant one-on-one time with each producer and helped both producers and client managers understand the importance of knowing their clients' business. Together we were able to provide valuable sales and customer relationship tools to over 40 of our employees. Providing our staff with the tools and structure to win new business had a direct impact on new business closed. In 2001 we sold our regional company to a larger multi-national brokerage firm. Seven years later, many of those individuals, who have moved on to various other brokerage opportunities, tell me the training they received from Bruce is still applicable in their success today. Hiring Bruce and partnering with him to help develop our employees as caring professionals stands out as one of my better business accomplishments.

Bruce was instrumental in helping to develop the Crum&Forster Custom Agent Strategy into a brand identity for the potential sale of the company. His experience as an agent in developing relationships with clients rather than selling products to them was the foundation of that strategy. He also participated in the very successful Sunshine Insurance, Ltd. captive where he served on the marketing committee. His influence helped to make Sunshine Insurance, Ltd. one of the most successful and longest running captives at Crum&Forster. Bruce brings a wealth of insurance knowledge and experience to the table from both the company and agency perspectives. He also understands the challenges facing business owners. If you are seeking different results in your insurance company/agency, insurance program, or business, I highly recommend Bruce to you as a advocate.

Bruce has provided invaluable support, guidance and constructive criticism, delivered in a fashion that encourages / requires new approaches / thought processes. While the process requires more time / effort than memorizing the "sales pitch", the end result is tremendous. The ability to create unique, relevant and specific work product that speaks to achieving success as defined by your prospects, creates a unique brand in the marketplace.
Bruce continues to challenge me to better understand our prospects and approach them from an advocate perspective, and has been instrumental in our growth and continued success.
